Refund/Returns Policy

This Refund/Returns Policy applies to all customers purchasing the DeckHD screen replacement part for the Steam Deck device ("Product") sold by FX Technology Limited ("We", "Our", or "Us").

  1. Cancellation Before Shipping: Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to shipping, and a full refund will be issued.

  2. Return Within 14 Days of Delivery: Customers may return the Product within 14 days of delivery for a refund. The refund will be the purchase price minus a restocking fee of $29 USD (point 8 of ToS), and our shipping cost.

  3. Return Shipping Cost: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

  4. Condition of Returned Product: To be eligible for a return, the Product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Any damage or signs of use may result in a partial or complete denial of the refund.

  5. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned Product, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 working days.

  6. Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@deckhd.com.

We reserve the right to modify or change this policy at any time without notice. Your purchase of the Product after any such changes or modifications constitutes your acceptance of such changes or modifications.
